Shipping policy

All Orders are fulfilled Monday - Saturday (excluding holidays). Once the order is placed, it takes 1- 2 days to process then shipped. Shipping rates are calculated by the shipping carrier, based on order size and shipping address provided. Your shipping rate is finalized at checkout. 

*Kindly note we Do Not process or ship on Sundays. 


Due to the impact of COVID-19 there may be delays in shipping and order tracking with our couriers. Our team is working diligently to process orders as quickly as they can but please allow extra shipping time.

Orders can take up to 3-10 business days (does not include holidays and weekends) to be delivered.

Please make sure you enter the correct Shipping and Billing address on our website, when checking out. Once your order is shipped, Oh Sweet Crewz, LLC is NOT responsible for package delays or re-routed packages. Oh Sweet Crewz, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is misdelivered, as the recipient of the package, you are required to get in contact with the shipping carrier to file a claim. We can provide you with all the necessary information for the claim; however, please keep in mind that this is a matter completely out of our control. Once the package is shipped, it is completely out of our hands. Any orders that are Returned to us due to incorrect shipping address will incur additional shipping charges to Re-Ship.

How will I know when my order ships?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

USPS and UPS is our primary shipping service for orders shipped within the U.S.

***Please Note UPS Does Not Deliver To PO Boxes***

Can I Change the shipping address on an order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the destination address on an order once it has been processed or shipped. If you need to change the shipping address on an order that has been placed, processed or shipped, please contact us!

Can I Cancel an order or shipment?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has been processed or shipped.

International shipping
